White House Denounces 'Democrat Hoax' as Further Epstein Estate Images Disclosed

House Democrats have published a additional set of what they described as "disturbing" photographs from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—plus another 70 released later on Friday account for a minuscule portion of the nearly 100,000 images released to the House oversight committee, which is looking into the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by apparent suicide in a New York detention cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking crimes.

Prominent Personalities in the Photos

Included in the notable figures seen in the initial batch are celebrities featuring film director Woody Allen; Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, founder of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the initial 19 images. In one, he is pictured with six women, whose faces are redacted.

Administration Reaction

The White House responded to the release in a statement, accusing Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the photographs for partisan aims and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"The Democrat hoax against President Trump has been consistently disproven," an administration official said, asserting that "the Trump administration has done more for Epstein's survivors than Democrats ever have by frequently urging disclosure, making public thousands of pages of records, and calling for more inquiries into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Congressional Democrat Remarks

The photographs were disclosed lacking captions, but as stated by a Democratic representative from California and senior member of the investigative panel, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's connections to affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House obfuscation and secure justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he said in a comment.

The publication of these documents occurs alongside the House panel proceeding with its probe into the Epstein case.
