According to the formal announcement, "A mysterious meeting leads protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new adventure, where whispers of forbidden ceremonies and fearsome metamorphoses resonate through the shadows." The plot presents a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with venturing into the Crystalline Cavern—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret cult.

The mission concentrates on "strange tests and a terrifying enemy" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The preview features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser concludes with a striking moment showing a character, presumably the hostage, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.

Special Rewards and Additional Material

Players who accomplish the mission will obtain an unique katana together with numerous objects hidden throughout the area in secret chests. The update also includes in-store Attack on Titan item packs, featuring:
